OUR STORY

Develop an up-to-date record of your key risk information

Learn about our approach and capabilities that make us the first risk register optimisers in the industry

Our Story

We know smaller businesses face the same threats as larger ones without the financial and internal resources to absorb and remediate serious disruption. So, we developed KeyRisks to bring balance and resilience to smaller businesses. In essence; a much needed wake-up call.

We built KeyRisks with our clients in mind. And, after over five decades in the industry we realised the need for smaller businesses to develop a risk-aware culture without compromising their keen risk-appetite.

Aiming to teach our clients how to manage risk consciously, intelligently and proactively.

Our focus is on helping minimise the possibility and severity of loss, such as financial, legal and reputational, in your business, whatever your size and current reach.

We start the process by helping you develop a KeyRisks Register that will:

Raise your risk management awareness

Put in place a cornerstone for ongoing risk management

Encourage transfer of risk management knowledge to your people

Reduce uncertainty, unpredictability and complexity in your business

Wake up to your harmful risks

Our philosophy is underpinned by a straightforward questioning approach that evaluates your current risk management awareness and capabilities. We believe the answers to these questions are the fundamental source of truth, and guide where you start your risk management journey.

  • What level of internal competence do you have for predicting, measuring and mitigating harmful risks?

  • Are you concerned that you may face threats that have been underestimated or gone unnoticed?

  • Have you assessed the interconnectedness of harmful risks such as breach of contract, cyber and conduct risk?
